The Associate Diploma in Facilities Maintenance is designed to equip trainees with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to support Facilities Maintenance Technicians in the building maintenance sector. The program emphasizes safe work practices, effective use of tools, and the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Trainees develop competencies in routine inspections, fault diagnosis, equipment repair, and accurate maintenance recordkeeping.
